If DAZN is struggling to attract football fans in France, the British audiovisual group is campaigning on the other side of the Pyrenees. This Wednesday, UD Almeria, a club in the Spanish 2nd division, formalized a partnership with the new broadcaster of Ligue 1. DAZN thus becomes the new premium sponsor on the front of the Andalusian team’s jerseys, until the end of the current season.

The agreement also provides for visibility within the stadium and on the training grounds. DAZN is, as in France and since 2022, a broadcaster of half of the matches in La Liga, the elite football championship.
