Paralympic Games: first marriage proposal
A Spanish paratriathlete has signed the first marriage proposal of the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games. This Thursday, August 29, the day after the opening ceremony of the Paralympic Games, Spanish paratriathlete Lionel Morales Gonzalez got down on one knee. He asked his partner, Jess, to marry her. The latter was overcome with emotion, before saying “oui” to her future husband and take him in her arms. The scene, which took place in the Paralympic village, was filmed and shared on X by the account Paralympic Games. On Instagram, the Spanish athlete shared a video of his request and thanked his fellow delegation members for witnessing this beautiful moment.
