The events took place on Sunday January 19 at 3:20 a.m., at the Orgues roundabout in Espaly-Saint-Marcel.
While heading towards Boulevard Gambetta, the driver lost control of his vehicle. The Renault Talisman he was driving collided with a Fiat Panda parked on the right of the road.
