D-4 before the feast of Backing Monaco ! Slovenian Tadej Pogacarundisputed man of the 2024 season and absolute star of his sport, will lead the peloton alongside the sprinter and world track champion Jonathan Milan and many other big names in international Cycling this Sunday in the Monegasque city, on the occasion of the Backing Monaco. The fourth edition of this event promises to be an unmissable moment thanks to the participation of numerous international cycling champions, who will join forces to support the fundamental values promoted by the event. This edition, which will be held this Sunday, November 24, once again promises to be very well attended and exciting, with an exceptional list of athletes ready to contribute to the success of a day combining passion for cycling and social commitment.

Among the runners present, we obviously find Tadej Pogacar et Urska Zigartthe companion of the reigning world champion, Matteo Trentinfounder of the event, but also Tim Wellens, Elia Viviani and his partner Elena Cecchini, Jakob Birdsong, Matej Mohoricthe 2018 world champion Mads Pedersen, Giulio Ciccone… In total, 33 athletes will be present to contribute to the success of the event, including among others Niccolò Bonifazio, Clement Champoussin, Sam Bennett, Fausto Masnada, Michael Matthews, Caleb Ewan, Matt Walls, Lewis Askey, Laurence Pithie, Hugo Houle, Victor Langellotti, Nicolas Vinokurov, Robert Stannard, Antoine Huby, Steven Kruijswijk, Eddie Dunbar, Larry Warbasse , Sam Wellsford… For his part, Jonathan Milan will participate for the first time in Monaco after a victorious season. With 3 stage victories at Giroand the gold medal at World Track Championships in Ballerup, he also set a world record in the individual pursuit with an impressive time of 3'59”153 and an average speed of 60.212 km/h.
Baking will remain committed to creating a positive impact in the cycling community through various events throughout the day. From the morning, several opportunities for interaction between the public and the athletes will be offered. THE Pro-Am will take place at 9:30 a.m., with amateurs, legends and professionals competing against each other, followed at 11:30 a.m. by a session for children, allowing them to go on a fun ride with the champions. At the end of the day, the big stars will set off on the famous urban circuit. Cycling enthusiasts, families and the curious are invited to join this extraordinary day – a true celebration of sport, passion and commitment to a better future.
