This season, the 22-year-old rider won the Tour de la Mirabelle (2.2) where he finished 4th in the prologue then 3rd in a stage. L'Espoir 4 also won a stage of the Tour du Piedmont Pyrénées where it finished 19th overall. He also placed 3rd in the French Amateur Time Trial Championship and 6th among the Espoirs in the same specialty, 16th in the Tour du Loir-et-Cher and 24th in a stage of the Tour Poitou-Charentes en Nouvelle. -Aquitaine.
On the track, Oscar Nilsson-Julien finished 3rd in the European Points Race Championship, a discipline in which he is the reigning French Champion. At the last World Championship, he finished 4th in the Omnium. Member of the French team, he was a substitute for the Paris Olympics.
