Training Crelan – Corendon achieved the double this Saturday in Essen, during the first cyclocross race of the weekend and the 2nd round of theExact Cross 2024-2025. Marion Norbert Riberolle continues the good momentum of last year by winning today’s victory.

The race was not very selective in the first laps, with a large group forming. It was a tactical race, without the weather or track conditions playing a big role, which benefited the team leading the race, Crelan – Corendon. In the sixth round (out of seven), Marion Norbert Riberolle launched an attack… which proved decisive, because the Belgian quickly managed to open up a gap which she then maintained against her rivals. Her teammate Sara Casasola then finished in 2nd place, while Laura Verdonschot (De Ceuster-Bouwpunt) completed the podium.
