10 years ago this week, France was hit by three days of horror. On January 7, 8 and 9, 2015, attacks were committed against members of the Charlie Hebdo editorial staff, police officers and customers of a hyper kosher store. Seventeen people lost their lives in these scathing attacks. To mark the 10th anniversary of the January 2015 attacks, L’Indépendant interviewed François Molins, public prosecutor at that time.

This week we met Virginie, an Audoise. On December 9, 2024, the Montpellier administrative court ruled in his favor by ordering the national office for compensation for medical accidents, iatrogenic conditions and nosocomial infections (ONIAM) to compensate him to the tune of €62,000. A decision handed down to repair the damage linked to postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (PoTS) from which the former nurse suffered. A disease whose link with the inoculation of a dose of vaccine against Covid-19 has been established.
