Among the karatekas of Shoryû 36, good news continues at the end of the season. “We have returned to the number of employees before Covid-19: 114 employees,” rejoices Aurélien Paudat, the founder of the club chaired by his wife Mélissa. But satisfaction is also made up of the results of the graduates. Three have just distinguished themselves in their quest for dan.

Thus, Andréa Mazzonelo, at the age of 17, has just gleaned her first dan in Déols. “She should have had it before, but she didn’t have time”, underlines Aurélien. It’s true that the young, ardent karateka shone at the national level and her results took her to the CREPS of Chatenay-Malabry (Hauts-de-Seine) where she rubbed shoulders with the very high level. Unlucky with damaged ankle ligaments and an open dislocation of a toe, Andréa has lost none of her competitive spirit. “I am looking forward to the competitions in September and I would like to shine at the French Open in the junior and senior category under 55 kg. »

Another great reward, the second dan awarded to Emmeline Besse. Aged 46, this karateka arrived in Indre in 2015 for professional reasons and had put an end to the practice of karate. Her return took place at the Shoryû 36 karate club in Ardentes where she found a really favorable environment. “It’s a very nice club. We can work well and progress and the team spirit is great”recognizes the one who, with the federal instructor diploma in her pocket, helps more and more in the sessions of the Ardèche club.

Finally, Bruno Taboyer has just put in a great performance. “He held the 2e dan and after 20 years of stopping he returned to us to successfully prepare his 3e dan got a few weeks agospecifies Aurélien Paudat. He is a very good karateka, he is impressive, while being humble and in the spirit of the club. »
