After a period of inactivity, the Motocross circuit of Arbis, in Porte-de-Benauge, formerly called Moto-Club de la Vallée du Roc, was resumed in 2022. The provision of the circuit by the town hall, and with its support, was made on July 5, 2023 to the new association, the Moto Club d’Arbois MX Legend Porte-de-Benauge. 13 members founded this new Moto-Club and fifteen volunteers come to help once every two weeks for the repair of the circuit.
The aim of the association is to revive this land, to revive it and also its fame. work has been undertaken since July 2023 and have not yet been completed. The track is being traced over three -quarters of the circuit, a quarter being deprived. The state was deplorable with 3 meters of brambles. It was necessary to clean everything and displease, in particular to remove 3 km of buried pipes and 1 km of aluminum pipes as well as tires. The old refreshment bar was also out of use and the association was also managed with the remaining premises by redeveloping them.
The part of the circuit already cleaned.

-Opening early 2026?
There is still a lot of work to do before reopening. The passage of the Commission of the French Motorcycling Federation (FFM) is scheduled for the end of 2025. The opening of the circuit is envisaged for the early 2026. The new association is made up of Michel Pays, president, Romain Aba, Vice-President, Laurine Martins and Solène Matuszkiewicz, secretaries, and William Lalanne, treasurer.
Michel Pays was a pilot from 1966 to 1977 and vice-president of the Moto-club for more than forty years. He has always worked for the development and sustainability of the field. As for Romain Abela, the circuit, he knows him well. From the age of 6, he trained on a small motorcycle of children then on an 85 cm³. In 2012, he had carried out his third internship on this field, and participated “that same year for the first time in an FFM race” on this circuit.
