At the end of October, a former technician working on the Cupidon TourSlimane's tour, filed a complaint for sexual harassment. A few weeks later, another technician filed a complaint, this time for “sexual assault and attempted sexual assault.” Here is what we know about this new procedure, initiated this Monday, November 18, 2024.

A complaint for sexual assault filed against Slimane
The Parisian was able to consult the new complaint which was filed, and relates that the facts allegedly happened on the night of December 17 to 18, 2023, after a concert in Saint-Etienne, during a party symbolizing the end of the first part of the tour, just like those described in the first. Slimane allegedly told the technician: “Say, you’re good.”and he would have responded jokingly “I’m good, but only on Sundays.” “I don’t care, it’s Saturday night”the 35-year-old artist would have continued, before grabbing him by the waist. Although the technician expressed his refusal, the singer then allegedly placed his erect penis against her buttocks. The complainant claims that members of the team filmed the scene, but that the brother of Vitaa's great friend gave the order to “delete all videos of what happened”.
When he learned that another technician had denounced Slimane's behavior that same evening and that he had even left the tour afterwards, the new complainant asked to speak to the managers of Play Two, the company that produces the Cupidon Tour. According to him, they minimized the facts, which pushed him to make them public.
The first technician to file a complaint was heard
It was also this Monday that the technician at the origin of the first complaint was heard as part of the preliminary investigation opened for “sexual harassment aggravated by the use of a digital or electronic medium” opened by the public prosecutor of Saint-Etienne and entrusted to the Organized and Specialized Crime Division of the Interdepartmental Directorate of the National Police of the Loire, indicates BFMTV. He said he was harassed by Slimane after the stage and set were dismantled. According to his account, the singer “blocked against a wall” pour “to impose a hug on him”. He then allegedly made a sexual proposition to the complainant, who refused but was dragged into the dressing room by the artist. He says he hastily left the scene to join the tour bus, but that the former candidate of The Voice lui then sent messages for over two hours. According to his lawyer, he thus received “a multitude of messages and videos of a sexual, even pornographic nature”.
