“Who scored?” Why singer Gilbert Montagné forbids TFC supporters from putting his head on a t-shirt

the essential
It's a rather surreal story that the TFC disabled supporters' association, Handi Tolosa, has just been confronted with.

Remember. On November 5, La Dépêche du Midi met Nathan Mareschi, the president of the Handi Tolosa association, founded at the beginning of the year, to allow around forty TFC supporters with disabilities to live their common passion in best conditions.

To finance the actions and the overall life of the group, in addition to various supports, such as that of the TFC foundation, the association had the idea of creating a series of humorous t-shirts “but never with the aim of mock”, put on sale on the Internet.

On it, we could read slogans like “Sitting. Always”, a reference to that of the TFC, “Standing. Always.” But among the collection, there was also a t-shirt with the head of singer Gilbert Montagné, blind, below the phrase “Who scored?”.

Singer Gilbert Montagné opposed the marketing of a humorous t-shirt produced by the Handi Tolosa association.

In it, the group explains that it is withdrawing the t-shirt from sale “after a constructive exchange with Gilbert Montagné”, all “in order to respect the image” of the singer of “On va s'aimer”.
