The Aquarelle-en-Quercy association chaired by Sonia Mercadier and dear to Anne-Marie Couderc has just organized, last Wednesday and Thursday, a watercolor course with the Peruvian artist Dario Percy Ccallo renowned for his mastery of watercolor . With a unique look at urban landscapes, he captures their subtle nuances with precision and creativity. His talent has earned him numerous cultural awards and his work has been featured in various international exhibitions, showcasing his contributions to the global art scene. His work and instructional videos offer valuable insights into the art of watercolor painting. “He works in watercolor with granulation, mainly from landscapes. We painted Montauban from a photo that he took himself when he arrived” comments Sonia.

Furthermore, the Aquarelle-en-Quercy association now offers watercolor classes for children and adolescents on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. with Jean-Marc Nadalin at the Caussade leisure center. The free trial class is scheduled for Saturday, November 16 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
