Moroccan actress Naima Lamcharki bowed out this Saturday, we learned from her family.

The deceased, one of the emblematic figures of theater and cinema, had shown exceptional talent in a series of theatrical works with the most famous theater troupes, like the troupe of Maâmoura, Bassatine and the Moroccan Radio and Television troupe.
The late actress had also shone in TV soap operas by playing leading roles in several television series such as “The Ramdam family“.
In the cinema, she had participated in around twenty Moroccan and foreign short and feature films, such as “Noces of blood“, “Lalla’s hobby” et “the battle of the three kings“.
The deceased also began a unique experience in the field of television animation, presenting between 2000 and 2004 the educational and cultural program “Alif Lam” on the channel Al Oulaintended for the fight against illiteracy.
She was a goodwill ambassador to l’UNICEF.
