Marie-Claude Barrette revealed two images of false advertisements, manipulated using artificial intelligence, in which his image was used without his consent.
It was on her Instagram page that the host alerted her community about this fraud technique, which can seem particularly realistic.
“SCAM!!! This is completely false! I do not endorse any product. It’s AI that speaks for me,” she says on the sidelines of a publication where we see her in a wheelchair, accompanied by what looks like a proposal for miraculous healing for the joints.
“These ads are completely false. These are scams. My voice is that of the AI. If you see them passing: REPORT! Thank you,” she asks, visibly discouraged.
