In an interview with Sophie Durocher from QUB Radio, the rocker spoke about the ups and downs he has experienced in recent years.
Received by the host almost a year to the day after the interview which marked his return to the spotlight following the accusations of domestic violence assault which he faced at the beginning of the decade, Lapointe seems to be in resplendent form.
Saying he was happy to be able to start doing his job “normally”, the singer of Anything addressed several subjects during his twenty-minute interview, but the most juicy are undoubtedly those of the superb photo that was recently published on social networks and his supposed infidelities which led to the end of his relationship with Judith Bérard.
Sober for 14 months, Ti-Cuir in fact excited Quebec on January 12 with a photo where he pilots a boat in the Caribbean, muscular chest and tattoos in the wind.

“It didn’t come by itself! It takes a lot of effort. It’s certain that, when you’re younger, at 30, you gain weight and you train for two weeks and everything comes back. But at 55, it’s more tough, it’s an everyday job,” Lapointe said of his physical appearance.
Concerning the singer’s infidelities, which are revealed in the book published by his ex-spouse Judith Bérard, the main person concerned seems to have another perception of the events.

“It’s certain that if you’re break…»mentioned Sophie Durocher, to which Lapointe responded with a “There you go!” which said it all.
The interview concluded with the rocker’s apprehensions, as a new acoustic tour approaches.
“I think the key word is going to be ‘vulnerable’,” he says before explaining that he’s deathly afraid of silence between songs, but that he hopes to talk more between them- here.
