Two candles planted in a chocolate cake. And facing away, Princess Farah Pahlavi is all smiles, ready to breathe. This January 17, the youngest daughter of Crown Prince Reza celebrates her 21st birthday in the company of her family. At least that’s what we guess from this video published by her mother, Princess Yasmine, on her Instagram account. Accompanied by a few additional photos.

“Happy birthday my sweet Farah. You bring so much joy and energy to my life. I love you so much!”, wrote the daughter-in-law of Empress Farah in the caption of a series of eight photos and videos which give an insight into her daughter’s daily life. Especially when she stands next to her father, yellow bob screwed on her head and navy blue anorak flocked with the name “Michigan”. Since 2022, the sister of princesses Noor (32 years old) and Iman (31 years old) has been studying at the University of Michigan, renowned as one of the best public establishments in the United States, where she specialized in communications and media.

We also see her partying with friends, in with her mother or sitting in an armchair, a puppy on her lap. Granddaughter of a sovereign certainly, but also a young girl of her time, Farah enjoys her young carefree years (almost) like everyone else. Without ever forgetting where she comes from.
