The Gabri depression will affect Corsica
Another highlight of the Météo France bulletin this Saturday, January 18, is the approach of the Gabri depression which should position itself south of Corsica. This is a rainstorm degradation which should affect the island this Saturday afternoon before spreading over a large eastern part of the island during the night from Saturday to Sunday.
-Thus, Haute-Corse and Corse-du-Sud are placed on orange rain-flood vigilance and on yellow avalanche and flood vigilance this Saturday. Météo-France also indicates that the two departments of the island will also be on yellow thunderstorm alert for this Sunday.
