Interviewed by Paris Match, this Thursday, January 16, Tatiana Silva spoke about her pregnancy, revealing in passing when the term is expected.
Tatiana Silva is expecting her first baby, after years of wanting to become a mother. The 39-year-old former beauty queen and weather miss will soon realize her dream, with a man she loves but whom she prefers to keep to herself. Interviewed in the January 16 issue of Paris Match, the young woman spoke about this beautiful project that she is preparing to bring to fruition and which is planned for the end of January, just a few days before her 40e birthday, which will take place on February 5. In the columns of our colleagues, she returned to her former desire to have a child at all costs, before becoming pregnant.
Ready to resort to a sperm bank if she did not find the partner of her life in time, as she confided ten years ago, Tatiana Silva finally met the ideal man. “At that time, with the biological clock ticking, friends becoming mothers, I was in full questioning mode,” she said, explaining how she came to think she could make her desire a reality on her own: “It’s so painful to think that this desire for motherhood could never come true that to alleviate the suffering, we say to ourselves: ‘Too bad, I’ll do it against all odds!’”
Fortunately, over time, the former Miss Belgium worked on herself, as she detailed to our colleagues: “And then you progress, you learn to know yourself, to unravel your defense mechanisms to face who you are and what you really want.” And to achieve her desire for a child, Tatiana Silva imposed a condition on herself: “Having a man by my side and starting a family.” No decision involving becoming a single mother therefore.

A stressful deadline to conceive a child
“It becomes just as scary because it means that the condition of this happiness is the presence of someone over whom I do not have absolute control,” she admitted frankly. But life gave her the companion who would soon become the father of her child. Having passed her thirties, the young woman had to confront reality, “this kind of deadline, this ‘be careful, we’re getting old’” Who “creates a lot of anxiety in a woman” and that she experienced, like so many others before and after her. Determined, Tatiana Silva remained positive, clinging to her visceral desire to become a mother with a man at her side: “Through the door or the window, when I believe in something, I try to achieve it. I told myself it was impossible not to meet someone with whom I felt sufficiently aligned.” She keeps this companion carefully for herself, out of a desire for discretion and to avoid repeating the mistakes of the past by revealing too much about her secret garden.
