On Wednesday January 15, there were dozens of them waiting for him in the cold at the start of the year. Around the Grand Rex in , a fanzone set up chanted the name of Timothée Chalamet from the second he set foot on the red carpet. It is clear that each time he comes to the capital, the Franco-American gets the crowds moving.

It was dressed in a thin pink scarf and a matching cap, in a fashionable nod to Bob Dylan who he plays on the big screen, that the 29-year-old actor presented “A Perfect Stranger” in preview. He was surrounded by director James Mangold, and actors Edward Norton and Monica Barbaro.

Six BAFTA nominations

Earlier today, we learned that “A Perfect Stranger” had obtained six nominations for the BAFTA Awards – the British Oscars – including “Best Actor” for Timothée Chalamet and “Best Supporting Actor” for Edward Norton. “These things are always nice, but there is something more important happening at the moment at home so we will see that later…”, declared the latter on the microphone of Paris Match, referring to the fires which are raging in Los Angeles for over a week.

After the preview, Timothée Chalamet would have continued his evening with his partner, Kylie Jenner. If, as usual, the American star prefers to let her boyfriend shine alone on the red carpets, she quickly joined him for a five-star dinner in a Cyril Lignac restaurant. The lovebirds were photographed on their return to the Parisian Royal Monceau hotel.
