Swisscom: The internet outage has been resolved in Cossonay and surrounding areas

Internet, television and landline telephony are back for residents of the Vaudois communes of Cossonay, Dizy, Senarclens and Allens. Swisscom announced this Wednesday that the outage, which began Monday afternoon, is now completely resolved.

“All Swisscom services are available again,” specifies the operator on its site. The outage was caused by a damaged buried connection cable. According to Swisscom, the repair work, considered complex, took two days.

Swisscom invites its customers to restart their internet router if they notice anomalies in access to their services. To do this, simply turn the device off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.
