Drew Starkey and his square watch are now an inseparable duo. The actor’s career is in good shape, thanks to the role of Eugene in Queer, Luca Guadagnino’s latest film. Playing a romance on the big screen alongside Daniel Craig is no easy feat. As the film tours the season’s ceremonies, Drew walks red carpets like he’s been doing it his whole life.

Drew Starkey is a versatile actor: from villain in a teen adventure series to romantic lead in one of the biggest films of the year, his name is flying all over Hollywood. First step in this awards season, that of the National Board of Review, which placed Queer in the Top 10 films of the year and awarded Daniel Craig as best actor. Drew, meanwhile, is making a name for himself, and he’s already mastered the red carpet with flying colors.

The actor wears a cardigan like no other and plays it safe in a tuxedo – but a vermilion tuxedo. We note that young people it boys manage their wardrobe with incredible freedom. And this freedom doesn’t stop with clothes. The trend in watches is no longer round dials but mini, angular and vintage models. And Drew Starkey is on top of the trend.

Back in 2024. We find the actor in a perfect Loewe look, adorned with a vintage Cartier watch. Its collection is made up of models such as the Tank Americaine or the Louis Cartier, references highly prized by connoisseurs. At the National Board of Review awards, Drew Starkey once again opted for the square dial, but this time for a much more common Cartier model.
