Next Friday, February 14, the Victoires de la musique will celebrate their 40th anniversary. The evening, hosted by Léa Salamé and Cyril Féraud, will reward big names in French song and the revelations of the year. The honorary president will be Alain Souchon and the Victoire d’honneur prize will be awarded to Eddy Mitchell.
The nominations by category were revealed this Monday, January 13. Among the selected artists, some are part of the 2025 Printemps de Bourges program while others have already hosted the Berruyer festival during a previous edition.
Female artist
Clara Luciani : A regular at Printemps de Bourges, Clara Luciani returns for this new edition on Wednesday April 16 at the W. At the end of 2024, she released her second album, Coeur.
Zaho de Sagazan : In 2024, she received four awards at the Victoires de la Musique including that of female revelation. The interpreter of The symphony of lightning had electrified the W during the previous edition of Printemps de Bourges after having graced the stage of the Jacques-Cœur theater in 2023 and participated in the iNOUïs adventure in 2022.
Santa : The year 2024 was the year of consecration for Santa. One month after her performance at the W during Printemps de Bourges 2024, she released her first solo album, Start me again.
Yseult: Already victorious in the female revelation category at the Victoires de la Musique, the artist sent shivers through the Jacques-Cœur theater during the Printemps de Bourges 2021.
Male artist
Will be born: A long-time campaigner for better representation of rap in the Victoires de la Musique and winner of several distinctions, Gims made several appearances in Bourges under the name Maître Gims in 2016 and 2019 or with his group Sexion d’Assaut in 2011.
Justice : The electronic music group which hosted the closing ceremony of the Paris Olympic Games was scheduled three years in a row at the Printemps de Bourges from 2006 to 2008, a record.
Philippe Katerine : His performance at the opening ceremony of the Paris Olympic Games caused talk. The artist with more than 30 years of career graced the stage of Printemps de Bourges in 2021 and 2011.
Vegetables: Nominated for the 2023 Victoires in the male revelation category, the young rapper continues to panic the counters. Scheduled at the W in 2023, it returns this year to Printemps de Bourges on Saturday April 19.
Female revelation
Solenn: Printemps de Bourges sensed his talent last year and scheduled him at the Palais d’Auron alongside Thomas de Pourquery, Clara Ysé and Yamê. Solann is one of the revelations of the year 2024 following the release of Monstrousa 6-track EP.
Styleto : She will make her first Printemps de Bourges this year at the W on Wednesday April 16. The influencer, now a singer, will soon release her first album.
Yoa : The singer and actress will release her first album on January 31. Here too, Printemps de Bourges had the flair because Yoa was part of the 2022 iNOUïs selection.
Male revelation
Pierre Garnier: Big winner of season 11 of the Star Academy, the singer has not yet been scheduled for Printemps de Bourges.
Lucky Love : Yet another artist highlighted by Paris 2024. The singer had performed his title My ability during the opening ceremony of the Paralympic Games. Already present at Printemps en 2023, he will return this year to the W on Wednesday April 16.
He left Schneider : The singer and actor won over the audience at the Jacques-Cœur theater last year but also in 2017. Last November, he released a reissue of his first album.
