Arthur began his career on radio before continuing it on television. Currently he is a host but also a producer of successful shows. So, at 58 years old, Arthur has more than one string to his bow. According to Challenge magazine, he is one of the 500 richest people in France. Indeed, in 2022, his property and wealth were estimated at more than 500 million euros. The TV host has made several investments, notably in exceptional real estate.
He lived for a long time in a magnificent apartment in Paris worth 30 million euros before selling it and investing in a villa in Belgium, in a bourgeois suburb of Brussels which would have cost him 4 million euros. But that's not all: on vacation, Arthur sets down in Saint-Tropez with his wife, the beauty queen Mareva Galanter and their three children: Samuel born in 1997, from his relationship with the actress Léa Vigny, Aaron born in 2009 whom he had with Caroline Nielsen and Manava born in 2015, fruit of his relationship with his current wife.

It has been several years since Arthur bought his sublime Provençal architecture villa in Saint-Tropez, the most exclusive seaside town in France. It belonged to ski champion Jean-Claude Killy. It is ideally located in the heights of the city, in the chic La Capilla district which is not very far from Pampelonne beach where the party is in full swing night and day. More than a villa, we could even call it an estate sinceit is made up of several buildings which each have outbuildings.

It's a perfect setup for Arthur's family since his older children can have their privacy! Arthur's old Parisian apartment was enough to make many people dream. Located at Porte de la Muette, in the 16th arrondissement, it measures more than 800 square meters in duplex, not counting the terrace which is 300 square meters. But, the presenter does not seem to regret having sold it and found another very nice property in Belgium which belonged to Formula 1 driver, David Coulthard. Its particularity is its cubic shape made entirely of concrete, very avant-garde.
It was also built by a well-known and appreciated Belgian architect, Marc Corbiau. But, what makes it an exceptional property is undoubtedly its swimming pool and indoor spa which allows you to relax even when the sky is gray in winter! We therefore imagine that Arthur enjoys this residence all year round but that he prefers to head to Saint-Tropez when the good weather arrives.
