This Sunday, January 12, after having spent a week full of twists and turns and having won his 17th Mysterious Star, Emilien (The 12 strokes of noon) opened up about his emotions.
Although his reputation rests on his impressive victories, Émilien also went through moments of doubt. Competing since September 2021, almost a year and a half, the Nantes resident has now become a millionaire. But contrary to what some may think, it is not infallible. So the past week has put a strain on the 21-year-old’s nerves. Last Monday, January 6, during the “Coup fatal” against Lucas, the young student was overcome by stress and almost lost. Two days later, on Wednesday January 8, Émilien passed the test, allowing him to win his 17th Mysterious Star. But the master of masters of 12 shots of noon had not said his last word since he finally managed to win this famous Star.

Jean-Luc Reichmann, emblematic presenter of 12 strokes of noon, wanted to take stock of the week with his champion. “The week we just had! We almost lost you! This is not seen anywhere else”he enthused. To which the young man replied, with a smile on his lips: “It’s a week that is truly the symbol of this show. That is to say that we really go through all the emotions which go from the lowest to the highest. It’s going very fast and it’s completely crazy!” The star host summarized: “A roller coaster, that’s exactly it!”
Emilien (The 12 strokes of noon) won his 17th Mystery Star
After escaping elimination, we understand why winning the 17th Mysterious Star was a source of relief and joy for Émilien. Indeed, this Saturday, January 11, the champion ended up unmasking who was hiding behind it. It was in fact the famous Spanish Formula 1 driver Fernando Alonso. The day after his failure, Thursday January 9, Jean-Luc Reichmann teased him with these words: “The entire audience had the answer. […] There were four squares left, you made a ‘Masterstroke’ which went really well and at the last moment… Nothing left!”
