Impossible to have missed, this year 2025 begins in a catastrophic way in Los Angeles in the USA. The fault of violent fires hitting the region, themselves rekindled by big storms, many emblematic neighborhoods have disappeared under the flames.
And among the corners affected by this tragedy, we find that of Pacific Palisades, a place previously popular with celebrities, now buried under ashes. A real shock for the residents, starting with the Hallyday family, who had stayed there for many years.

Also, faced with the destruction of their home, but also of their memories, Jade et Joy Hallyday couldn’t help but pay tribute to this legendary neighborhood which saw them grow and flourish. On Instagram, the two sisters shared pretty photos of this corner like no other, before each confiding their pain in the caption.
-“I lost my home in Palisades, my refuge, the place where many wonderful memories of my childhood were createdJade lamented. I feel devastated“. The young woman then added: “My heart is broken. I’m not just losing a house, but a part of me“.
A terrible observation, also shared and felt by Joy: “Our beautiful little village of Palisades is gone. My home and my childhood no longer existour haven of peace. I don’t have the words.”
Further, Laetitia’s daughter did not hide the difficulty of this ordeal: “We are deeply devastated by everything that is happening. My thoughts go out to all those affected by these fires today..” And to conclude with emotion: “I will cherish every moment spent with my family and friends for the rest of my life. in this house of happiness.“

And for once, while the two sisters regularly (and unfairly!) find themselves the target of shameful harassment from Internet users, Jade and Joy are entitled to a lot of support in the comments.
