The real estate agent, at the head of the show Search for apartment or house broadcast since 2006 on M6, is accused by two former partners of physical and psychological violence. Mediapartwhich published in September 2023, an investigation revealing numerous elements and the testimonies of three former partners (two of whom filed a complaint), relates, in a new article, that “nothing [n’] will have been spared” to these two women during the hearing. The M6 ​​host thus “persisted in posing himself as the target of “revenge”” forcing the public prosecutor to ask the court to “remember who is the victim and who is the aggressor” in the decision he will render on February 18.

The 54-year-old real estate agent, tried for “habitual physical and/or psychological violence by a partner” between 2018 and 2022 against a former partner (who notably had a broken finger and two other dislocations), as well as for “habitual psychological violence by cohabitant” on another, between 2021 and 2022, denied all the accusations outright. “These are slanders, these are false statements” ; “I can’t control my strength” ; “It’s an unfortunate incident » ; They are “jealous”he explained in particular. An incapacity for work of eight days was, at the time, established for the two women.

The Paris prosecutor’s office requested an 18-month suspended prison sentence, accompanied by a ban on contact with the victims as well as a fine “proportionate to the defendant’s income” of 10,000 euros.

Stéphane Plaza’s complaint denouncing cyberharassment closed

Two days before the opening of the trial, on January 7, a complaint against “unknown author”, filed in June 2023 by Stéphane Plaza to denounce the cyberharassment he allegedly suffered at the time of the testimony of these ex-partners, was dismissed by the Paris prosecutor’s office. In a press release published by the host in September 2023, he indicated that he had filed a complaint against the three women for harassment and cyberharassment. Stéphane Plaza’s lawyer, Me Carlo Alberto Brusa, filed a complaint in mid-October 2024 with the creation of a civil party, to obtain that an investigating judge investigate these facts.
