All good things come to an end, but some things can take their time to come to fruition. Also, we reassure you, if 2 broadcast the last episode of season 5 ofAstrid and Raphaëlle this Friday, December 20, 2024, the channel has not yet said its last word with this cult series.

A sequel confirmed by an actress

Even though the filming is not easy for the actresses and the interpretation of these characters brings them real challenges, everyone will be back in 2025 for a new burst of episodes. For now, France 2 has not yet formalized a season 2, but it is one of its actresses who has already spilled the beans.

Asked by Télé-Loisirs about the future of Delphine, her heroine, Charlotte Gaccio confirmed that his time in season 5 was just an introduction to more things to develop. “I'm delighted because, little scoop, the character would come back from time to time to help with investigations in future seasons“, she recently confided.

Further, the actress then added: “I was told that they would soon give me the dates. Because filming for season 6 will start soon.” And to specify: “So, there you have it, Delphine will be back in service.”

This information should still be taken with a grain of salt as long as nothing is official, but which would not come as a surprise. Firstly, the series always achieves incredible audiences, making it one of the most powerful original productions on France 2 (on December 13, 2024, episode 7 allowed it to be number 1 of the evening with 4.84 million faithful).

Secondly, the screenwriter, Alexandre de Seguins, himself told Allociné that he was already working on season 6.

So we can breathe easy, our favorite duo is not going to leave us.
