Businesswoman and former host Lise Watier has just sold her spectacular Montreal penthouse at the Sanctuaire du Mont-Royal, for just under six million dollars.

The condominium, located on the 18th floor of 6300 Northcrest Place, includes three bedrooms, three bathrooms and powder rooms, oversized reception rooms, three parking spaces and terraces offering 360-degree panoramic views of the surroundings.

After the latter’s death in February 2024, the property was put up for sale by Ms. Watier and the children of Serge Rocheleau. In June, it was listed for the sum of $6.25 million.

Finally, an offer was accepted in August and the deed of sale was signed before a notary on November 15. Final transaction amount: $5,825,000, or 6.8% less than the displayed price.
