I am your new Miss France 2025, I can’t wait to meet you all and I send you very big kisses”, declared the beauty queen, who represented Martinique in the competition.

When the students listened to this message, they had very mixed reactions. Two of them especially stood out. Ebony first let out cries of exultation and was delighted to see a woman from the islands become Miss France. “The West Indies in force!”, she repeated. As for Marine, her reaction was much more dramatic. The young woman started screaming in despair, especially when she learned that the Miss from her region had come second. After uttering cries of distress, she finally put things into perspective. “No! It doesn’t matter, it’s still very much second! First runner-up… But normally, when you’re in the top 5, you win! It’s terrible, it doesn’t matter, it’s is still good,” she concluded. A sequence which went around the web and greatly amused Internet users.
