An electrician at RATP and leader of a rock group, Didier Wampas found fame in the 1980s. And the latter recently decided to tackle the exercise of autobiography.

A “decent” income according to the musician
« Today I am a happy retiree : I make music, I give concerts, I practice kayaking and cycling ». Didier Wampas exiled to the south for his retirement
He now lives in Sète, where he was able to buy an apartment which he will eventually repay « at the age of 70 ». « In Paris, rents are overpriced. Without the concerts during confinement, I don't know how I would have been able to pay the rent if I had stayed living in the capital. »he revealed. He was also present in his commune during the demonstrations against the pension reform. When you have an uninteresting and hard job, your only hope is to wait until you retire. And when they tell you that you have to work two or three more years, you say 'no'. »he expressed. « It's not because I'm already retired that I shouldn't think about others.
