Same story from Me Marie Dosé, Jacques Doillon’s lawyer: “none of the legal criteria could justify this measure” of police custody which occurs “36 ans” after the facts denounced by the actress Judith Godrèche. The two lawyers also denounced the “attacks on the presumption of innocence” of their customers.
A relationship “of influence”
A few months ago, the actress broke her silence to talk about her relationship with Benoît Jacquot, when she was 14 and he was almost 40. A relationship that she described as“grip”. She also accused Jacques Doillon of sexual violence when she was still a teenager, on the set of the film “The 15 Year Old Girl”. Judith Godrèche is not the only one to have accused Benoît Jacquot: actress Isild Le Besco also filed a complaint for rape against the director on Wednesday, May 29. She was in a relationship with Benoît Jacquot when she was 16 and he was 52. “With this complaint, it is not so much that I am attacking Benoît Jacquot, but that I am supporting the women who do it and expose themselves publicly. Morally, I feel obliged to do it, even if alone, I would not have done it”she confided to Libération.
