It is clear that these legislative elections are giving rise to many heated discussions and debates in French society. A situation which has particularly challenged influencers, who exercise a certain power among young people. This is how YouTuber Squeezie published an open letter on social networks to call for a barrier to the far right. Maeva Ghannam, for her part, surprised more than one.
Indeed, the young Marseille native even made a video with Sébastien Delogu, the former deputy for the seventh constituency of Bouches-du-Rhône and representative of France Insoumise. And this Sunday, June 30, the influencer put words into action. After going to the polls, Maeva Ghennam took care to recount, in a story, the adventures she went through during her visit to the polling station.

I wasn’t filming myself.” Faced with this situation, one of the assessors believed that the young woman was filming the moment when she was going to put the ballot in the ballot box. A gesture that the law prohibits. Which therefore gave rise to a misunderstanding. “And there, he makes a scandal”, she explained. Subsequently, Maeva Ghennam revealed that she had been threatened by this man. “You are not allowed to film inside while voting, so, we will file a complaint against youyou can’t vote”, she confided.
A quarrel breaks out
In her video, Maeva Ghennam confided that the tone quickly rose between her and the man at the polling station. “And after, I don’t know, the guy, he was twisted, but apparently, he twists with everyonea Mongolian, I swear”, she explained. However, the influencer revealed that she was not the first person to have been subjected to this man’s behavior. “Since this morning, he has been arguing with everyone. The polling station director explained to us that, in fact, since this morning, he has been looking for trouble.”
