Twenty projects nominated for the 2024 Silver Square were submitted to the jury chaired by Iwona Buczkowska who, after hearing all the architects, designated, on November 18, 2024, the winner of the prize: the rehabilitation of the high station of the Salève cable car in Monnetier-Mornex (Haute-Savoie), carried out by Devaux & Devaux Architectes (DDA) for the Salève local cross-border cable car cooperation group. The jury also distinguished winners in the categories “Habitat”, “Culture, youth and sport”, “Places of activity”, “Infrastructures and works of art” and “Public and landscaped spaces”. Finally, the 2024 First Work prize is awarded to the rehabilitation of a primary school in Lompret (North) carried out by Alt174 Architecture for the town hall of Lompret (North).
