Actor Adher Gabeulet, who played the role of Nathan in the series Tomorrow belongs to usleaves the series after many years. He confided in his decision and explained his new projects to Télé-Loisirs.
It’s a page that is turning for the series of Tomorrow Belongs to Us. This Tuesday, November 12, 2024, Nathan, the character played by Adher Gabeulet, flew to Canada to join his best friend Charlie (Clémence Lassalas). A departure without his lover Valentine, who has decided to stay in Sète.
“I spent three years in the series, I think that with the writers, we took the character where we wanted to take him, and I simply followed my heart. I wanted to discover a little bit elsewhere, make other projects…”he declared, during an interview with Télé-Loisirs. “I told myself that this was the moment, especially in relation to the story of my character”.
Is a return of Nathan to the series possible?
During the interview, he talks about a decision taken “six months ago” which has no direct link with the departure of his friend Clémence Lassalas, he specifies.
“I wouldn’t say that it led to my departure. But, obviously, it saddened me, because she was a playing partner with whom I loved playing, we had a real bond”says the actor. “It feels a little weird.”
Adher Gabeulet “don’t close the door at all” to a possible return to the series, and says she is aware of what she owes him: “When I look back at my beginnings, I don’t say that I am the best actor today, but I have nevertheless evolved”.
