“The French public is the coolest in the world”

As soon as we hear the sound of his voice, we fall under its spell. Raphael Luce, one of the actors of Stranger Things on Netflix (he plays the character of Henri Creel in the fourth season of the series, Editor's note) has a particular tone and the unique charm of adolescence. With his pure approach to the acting profession, the 17-year-old Franco-American who spent his childhood between and the United States in a family of stuntmen is one of the guests of the HeroFestival.

Even before the interview begins on Friday in one of the cozy lounges of the Marriott hotel, near the Vélodrome, he assures: “It's a pleasure to talk to you.” We weren't asking for that much. In three years of participating in different conventions all over the world, Raphael Luce, who now lives in Los Angeles, ensures that “the French public is the hottest and coolest in the world. He has incredible energy“. He looks back on the incredible adventure experienced on the set of Stranger Things : “Like everyone else, I watched the series. I was a huge fan. It was amazing to be able to play with Millie Bobby Brown and everyone. It was really something special because this series appeals to all generations.”

No question for so many “get a big head“. He who is a child of the ball says to himself “well surrounded by family and friends“. What's next? Raphael Luce keeps an element of mystery, evokes a project on the big screen including “he can't speak right now“. He finally evades the question about a possible participation in season 5 of Stranger Things. The young man, camera slung over his shoulder, prefers to live in the present moment. “I am here in to enjoy, to meet the fans. It's just incredible what I'm experiencing. So, I'm all in !”
