From November 14 to December 20, Philémon d’Andurain exhibits his photos on the theme of Larzac at Pingpong le Toit, in .

The sensitivity and eye of Philémon d’Andurain traveled along the paths of South Aveyron. A work which led to an exhibition, in partnership with Radio Larzac, at the Médiathèque du Sud-Aveyron. This time, the Millavois photographer went to the Larzac plateau to offer his view on the life of this plateau full of stories.

From pioneers to new generations

The Struggle, inevitably, constitutes a beautiful part of his work. There he met the pioneers, still present 50 years later, but also the new faces of the Larzac Lands Civil Society, born over these ten years. “He went to meet them to testify to the continuation of this structure, which has become exemplary”describes Aporia Culture.

As for its previous exhibition on the Millavois trails, it is in partnership with Aporia Culture, the Communauté de communes Millau Grands Causses and Radio Larzac. It also benefits from the support of the Drac (Regional Directorate of Cultural Affairs, Editor’s note), the Ministry of Community Life, the Occitanie Region, the Department of Aveyron, the Millau Town Hall and the Saif (Société des authors of visual arts and still images, Editor’s note). The opening will take place on November 14, at 7 p.m., in the presence of the photographer. The exhibition will be visible from November 14 to December 20, Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
