A similar mishap had already happened to the group Les Wampas, in the fall of 2022, with its album “Tempête, tempest”, replaced by that of Cali following an error during its compression at the factory. At the time, Didier Wampas took it with a smile. Hervé too. “I adapt, I find it funny that it’s the guy from “Despacito”, it’s so far from my music. I take it well, especially since the pre-orders were booming,” he confided this Friday morning, in the middle of promotion for this third album, “Adrénaline”.

“This story is crazy, like everything that happens to me. Crazy things always happen to me, it’s the story of my life. And that’s also why I do this job, to experience moments of adrenaline. This situation goes very well with the name of the album,” believes the male revelation of the Victoires de la Musique 2021.
“It’s life, I adapt, I have always adapted, no matter the situation. I take it with a smile,” also indicates the Breton from Plougasnou (29), delighted with the first feedback for this new album: “A very good reception, the album is a hit. People have a lot of love for the project, with always the same support for everything I do since 2020.”

Despite this upset exit – “It’s not serious, there are much more serious things in life” – Hervé has lost none of his enthusiasm, increased tenfold when talking about his new record: “We left for England with the friends, in a van and by ferry. I recorded it right opposite Plougasnou, on the same parallel, but on the other side of the Channel, in Brixham, in the southwest of England. It’s my most rock album! “.

Although he does not yet know the reasons for this error – “To this day, no, we don’t know where it went wrong, but the good CDs will be in stores next week” -, Hervé is already planning his next concerts : “It’s my biggest festival tour, I have around fifteen this summer.
