> From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.: tasting of the new selection from the Maison des Vins, Promenade Sainte-Marie.
> From 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.: tasting tour, concerts by Chikum Bapay, The Gremmie, Annsobad and Swing Folie in partner businesses in downtown Chalon.
Sale of the Paulée kit (€5) at the chalet place de l’Hôtel-de-Ville.
> From 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.: barrel-making demonstration by the Compagnons du Devoir, Place de l’Hôtel-de-Ville.
> 3:30 p.m.: parade of mutual aid societies and wine brotherhoods of the Côte Chalonnaise. Departure from the Maison des vins.
> 5 p.m.: solemn mass of Saint-Hubert’s Day rung by the bell ringers of Échos du Chalonnais. Due to the work on the cathedral, the mass will take place at the Saint-Pierre church, and the enthronements on the Place de l’Hôtel-de-Ville.
> 6 p.m.: inductions and presentation of the new Brotherhood of Rully on the Place de l’Hôtel-de-ville.
> 8 p.m.: banquet for the 25th anniversary of La Paulée with the Canon français, exhibition center (full, all places have been sold).

> At 3 p.m., 4:15 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.: show by and by Thomas Volatier: In vino imaginatio, in the cloister of Saint-Vincent cathedral. Free shows by reservation required with the communications department on 03 85 90 50 90 (Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.).
