On images taken in North Korea where we saw a little girl of 10 years old going horse riding, Gérard Depardieu made, in the background, sexual and misogynistic remarks against her. The outcry caused on social networks and in the media sphere then led to an investigation.
The writing of Additional Investigation and France Télévisions then assured that the remarks were made specifically with regard to the little girl and that dozens of hours of rushes were there to prove it.
Gérard Depardieu: truncated images?
Problem: the twenty hours of images would have disappeared. This is what the JDD revealed this Wednesday, October 16, following hearings which took place in January, since no one was able to view them even though in May 2024, justice ordered the production company to communicate them to the civil party and therefore to Gérard Depardieu, who has claimed from the start that the images are truncated.
