No candles on rapper A$AP Rocky’s birthday “cake”, they would melt the chocolate of which it is entirely composed. The singer Rihanna has in fact ordered a huge Lego-style figurine from the Franco-Swiss chocolatier Amaury Guichon for the birthday of the father of her children, reports Le Parisien.

A challenge all the more daring since the delicacy was supposed to represent the same A$AP Rocky, who celebrated his 36th birthday on October 3, 2024. But the chocolatier overcame it with flying colors, and he shared behind the scenes of his creation on his Instagram account.

A chocolate goldsmith

We admire the inventiveness and mastery of the craftsman putting together his work piece by piece, and we discover the surprise and admiration of the rapper, clearly impressed by his chocolate “portrait”. Nothing is missing, from her dreadlocks to her gold and diamond necklace!

It must be said that Amaury Guichon, who was best apprentice in in 2010, has become a true specialist in chocolate sculptures: in 2022, a video showing him assembling a chocolate giraffe had become the most viewed TikTok video of the same year.

Moreover, it was after he had created a gigantic Eiffel Tower, in April 2024, that Timothée Chalamet, the main actor of the film Wonka (the prequel to Charlie and the Chocolate Factory), had even nicknamed him “The real Willy Wonka”, specifies Le Parisien.
