Eminem announces the pregnancy of his daughter Hailie Jade Scott

In the new video clip for his song “Temporary” (with Skylar Grey), dedicated to his 28-year-old daughter Hailie Jade Scott, the rapper shares with his fans the big news: he is going to become a grandfather. The clip, published on October 3, is a moving montage bringing together videos from his protégé’s childhood and recent marriage.

After 4 minutes of souvenir videos, Eminem reveals the moment when his daughter told him she was expecting her first child. Hailie Jade Scott hands him a blue jersey with “Grandpa” (“papi” in French) flocked on the back. Open-mouthed, the rapper then discovers his daughter’s ultrasound, while she laughs at his reaction. Shortly after the release of the video, she also published a series of three photos on her Instagram account. The photos show her holding the ultrasound machine alongside her husband Evan McClintock. The couple are expected to welcome their child in 2025.

At the end of his clip, Eminem shows a greeting card he received from his daughter, which reads: “No matter how many years pass, deep in my heart, I will always be the little girl who loves and needs his father.
