An app signals controllers in the metro and train, Île-de- Mobilités will file a complaint

In just a few days, it became one of the most downloaded smartphone apps. “Akha” (“attention”, in Arabic) presents itself as “an application for reporting incidents in public transport”, as described by its publisher, Sidox, based in Issou (). In just a few days, this app has climbed into the Top 3 of the most downloaded in the “Navigation” category on the Apple App Store. Ditto on the Android Play Store, where it has exceeded 100,000 downloads since its appearance a year ago.

On LinkedIn and Instagram, its founder claims more than 130,000 users. A software engineer, he also says that the app “allows users to quickly and easily report any issues they encounter on the go, such as hardware failure, delays or inappropriate behavior.” The problem ? Most of the reports actually concern the presence of RATP or SNCF control teams.
