Seven years after the Grenfell Tower fire in London, the public inquiry has just published its final report. The victims’ association is now demanding justice, but the police are warning that the judicial investigation is not expected to be completed until next year, and the first prosecutions will have to wait until 2026 – ten years after the fire.
