Strategy: E-commerce is growing exponentially in Morocco, pushing many companies to strengthen their presence in the country. This is the case of the electronic sales company QNET which continues to deploy its services through its network of independent representatives.

QNET has big ambitions in Morocco. Indeed, the direct sales company based on e-commerce is performing well in the country and intends to strengthen its presence in the Kingdom, which it considers a priority in its strategy. “Morocco is one of the five most successful countries in the world knowing that the brand exists in 100 countries”, notes Trevor Kuna, director of strategy and transformation of QNET, during a meeting with the press on March 17, 2023.

The opportunity was to present the business model of the company as well as the well-being and lifestyle products for which it is responsible for the exclusive marketing (such as the Swiss luxury watches “Bernhard H. Mayer”, the water filters “Pure Nova made in Germany, or the “Home Pure Zayn” air purifiers developed in Switzerland and manufactured in South Korea). In terms of business opportunities, the company is open to partnerships with Moroccan companies to develop products like those it represents exclusively. It must be said that QNET’s sales strategy is essentially based on word-of-mouth and networking.

Worldwide, it has around 6 million independent advisers. In Morocco, the company started its activity in 2019 with a small group of independent representatives thus participating in the expansion of the Gig Economy and being part of an inclusive approach. A role that she wants to continue to play, in particular by giving more opportunities to women in entrepreneurship so that they can ensure their financial empowerment. Moreover, QNET has in the world 70% of independent representatives men against 30% women while in Morocco they are 50% men and 50% women.

To succeed in their journey, independent advisors benefit from direct sales training in addition to mentoring. In this sense, the training sessions that took place in 2022-2023 brought together nearly 10,000 people (remotely and face-to-face). In terms of sales, the best-selling products in Morocco are the “Home System” of “Pure Nova” water filtration, BHM watches (La vida black, Power Master Watsh, Balad ladies Watch) and the “Home Pure Zayn “. Note that QNET has a partnership with the English football club Manchester City for its exclusive watches.
