Former subsidiary of Renault which sold it in 2022 to the German investment fund Callista Private Equity, Fonderie de Bretagne (FDB), which produces cast iron parts for suspensions and exhausts, now wishes to be placed in receivership, after being declared insolvent on Wednesday January 15.
