A man from Montérégie became a millionaire after winning the jackpot while playing an online game on the Loto-Québec website.
Marian Zbyradowski was playing “Powerbucks Wheel of Fortune Ruby Riches” when he saw the amount of $2,752,530 appear on his computer screen on December 26.
This is the new Canadian record for “Powerbucks,” Loto-Québec reported in a press release.
Thanks to this jackpot, the multimillionaire will spoil his loved ones and play a round of golf.
Remember that three other major jackpots, totaling $4.5 million, were won in Loto-Québec online games.
-Firstly, Ghislain Desautels from Montérégie won $643,968 in the “Megajackpots Wolf Run” game on December 18.
The next day, Samuel-Étienne Lord from Capitale-Nationale won $509,645 in the same game.
On December 30, Denis Desjardins from Bas-Saint-Laurent won $593,662 at “Megajackpots Cleopatra”.
