The staff, accompanied by the municipal team, spoke with families to present the operation and objectives of this new structure dedicated to early childhood. It has been a need asserted for a long time by the population to increase the capacity to accommodate toddlers, until then limited to the former Blue Whale, but the project presented in 2019 and started at the end of 2021 suffered delays from made of the health situation and the economic crisis. Not to mention the failure of the companies involved.

A contemporary look

The result today is worth all expectations. Located on the former CPAM premises, the renovated building covers 1,400 m2 on a ground floor and one floor. It respects innovative architectural standards: assisted natural ventilation, natural lighting and biosourced materials. Its architecture is by Maxime Repaux of Bureau Architecture Méditerranée, author of several buildings on both sides of the Mediterranean.
