The verdict of Marrakech commercial court was returned on December 31, 2024 at the request of one of the company’s Spanish managers.

The rendering of the commercial jurisdiction names Youssef Bouhaddoune commissioner judge, assisted by Youssef Rabiï. The trustee is Abdelouahed Bensinane. The latter, according to the verdict, was responsible for drawing up a report on the financial, economic and social results of the company. He must also propose a solution to rectify the situation.

Creditors were called upon to come forward within two months after the publication of this verdict, in accordance with the articles 584, 719 and 720 of the Commercial Codeand this period can be extended by two months for those of foreign creditors.

Pure Vectaliaregistered in the commercial register of the court of first instance of Safi, had won the contract for delegated management of bus transport in this city and began operating in January 2019. Its contract covers a period of ten years with the possibility of extension for five additional years.

At the beginning, Vectalia Safi had promised the commissioning of 70 buses, a fleet which it was to increase to 90 vehicles after five years of operation while committing to invest 26 million euros. Safeguarding means that the company is in difficulty, without being in cessation of payments.

Vectalia, a Spanish company which operates in Spain and is also present at nador through a subsidiary (Vectalia Nador) which has managed bus transport there since July 2019.
