The 179-room establishment begins on the 25e floor of a skyscraper overlooking Rua Funchal in the southern business district of São Paulo, with views of the Pinheiros River and the city skyline.

The hotel features the signature AWAY Spa, FIT Gymnasium, WET Deck with outdoor pool as well as two restaurants, three bars and five event spaces.
W São Paulo guests can also enjoy tailor-made experiences such as the sunset ritual at the WET Deck, the Stretching bossa nova at FIT, wine tastings at the BAIO restaurant as well as rejuvenation sessions at the AWAY spa. From second to 22e floor, the property also houses 216 W residences.
