The new entity will be listed on the stock exchange while Honda and Nissan will be delisted in August 2026, according to the same source.

While the two manufacturers will explore the possibility of a merger, as Reuters reported last week, Honda is expected to name the leader and decide the identity of most of the members of the board of directors of the company. future holding company, public broadcaster NHK reported on Monday.
